This is probably the first time when I rate a hotel with 10. Everything was just perfect in this small (maybe 16 rooms?) boutique hotel - location, staff, property, comfort, breakfast, price. No quest...
Areas for improvement:
Nothing really. To write something - twin bed would be better than queen bed, but it is just personal.
